Sally Wilk is the Founder and CEO of WCH Professional Services, LLC, and a respected authority in quality, compliance, and systems certification across multiple industries. A graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Sally began her career in Electrical Design Engineering and progressively advanced into leadership roles in Quality Assurance and Quality Management. Her diverse background bridges deep technical knowledge with strategic regulatory insight.  As a consultant and trainer, Sally now leads organizations through the complexities of regulatory compliance, certification, and registration with a practical, results-driven approach. She brings extensive expertise in globally recognized standards, including AS9100 (aerospace), IATF 16949 (automotive), ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 13485 (medical devices), ISO 14001 (environmental), ISO 17025 (laboratories), ISO 22000 (food safety), ISO 27001 (information security), ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety), and ISO 50001 (energy management), as well as FDA regulations and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).  Sally has successfully guided companies through certification in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Information Security (InfoSec), and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS). As a Certified QMS Auditor, she provides end-to-end support, from executive-level program strategy and planning to mid-level program structure and detailed procedure development. Her regulatory guidance is both scalable and adaptable, allowing her to support organizations of all sizes and maturity levels.  Her industry experience spans a wide range of sectors, including electronics and electrical systems, medical devices, automotive components, and food processing. Known for her ability to translate complex standards into actionable systems, Sally helps clients build compliance frameworks that are both efficient and sustainable, enabling long-term operational success.

 

Wanda is a highly experienced quality and regulatory professional with over 25 years of leadership in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. With a strong foundation in both operations and quality management, she has held a variety of senior roles where she has led cross-functional teams, managed regulatory inspections, and driven strategic quality initiatives in highly regulated environments.  Wanda holds an MBA from DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science degree, and she has successfully guided multiple organizations through certifications and compliance efforts across a wide range of international standards. Her core expertise includes ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, the FDA’s Quality System Regulation for medical devices (21 CFR Part 820), and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) for pharmaceutical operations.  Beyond her work in pharma and medical devices, Wanda has also provided consulting services across a variety of industries, supporting successful certification efforts for standards such as AS9100 (aerospace), IATF 16949 (automotive), and ISO/IEC 17025 (testing and calibration laboratories).  A passionate educator and trainer, Wanda delivers expert instruction in Metrology, Blueprint Reading, GD&T (ASME Y14.5), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. She is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE). Notably, she served for 10 years as a judge for the prestigious International Team Excellence Award competition at the ASQ World Conference, reflecting her ongoing commitment to quality excellence and industry advancement.

MaryGrace is a business management professional with over 25 years of cross-functional experience in process engineering, production supervision, and continuous improvement. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and is highly credentialed in quality and process excellence, including certifications as a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.  MaryGrace specializes in helping organizations streamline operations, elevate quality standards, and drive sustainable performance improvement. She provides expert-level implementation, training, and auditing services across a wide range of international standards and regulatory frameworks, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100D, ISO/IEC 27001 (Global Exemplar Certified), the FDA Quality System Regulation (21 CFR Part 820), and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) for pharmaceutical operations.  Her expertise also extends to consulting and training in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies—empowering clients to reduce variation, eliminate waste, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making

Rich is a results-driven Project Manager with a strong foundation in facilities project management and a passion for delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Holding a degree in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University, Rich brings a unique blend of technical knowledge, strategic planning, and hands-on leadership to every initiative he leads.  His core expertise includes new facility design and construction, clean room development, new equipment installation and validation, as well as the modification and optimization of existing buildings and processes. Rich has successfully overseen high-stakes capital projects in regulated environments, ensuring all technical and compliance requirements are met with precision.  In addition to his project execution skills, Rich plays a pivotal role in guiding clients toward achieving ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification. He is deeply familiar with the legal and operational requirements related to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations, and integrates these standards seamlessly into project workflows.

Hib is a safety and environmental expert with a robust background in regulatory compliance and organizational risk management. Holding an MBA from Phoenix University, Hib combines strategic business insight with deep technical expertise in environmental health and safety (EHS). With extensive experience managing and supporting ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems), Hib has successfully led initiatives to improve compliance, reduce workplace incidents, and enhance sustainability across diverse industries.  Hib is exceptionally well-versed in OSHA regulations, including citation protocols and fine structures, and is known for proactively identifying risks before they escalate into costly violations. His expertise not only ensures adherence to legal requirements but also fosters a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Through clear communication, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on leadership, Hib delivers measurable results in protecting people, assets, and the environment.
