I am happy to report that [our company] has passed our recertification audit with 0 findings and 0 OFI's. My auditor was very pleased with how organized and communicative this plant has grown throughout the years. It was highlighted that he was very impressed with the internal audit and my responses to your OFI to improve my procedures.

I wanted to relay a huge thank you to the WCH team for all your help, guidance and support in preparation for our audits. Your help is always appreciated! Thank you again from [our] team!

Thanks,

Mike C.

We finished up [first Registration Audit] today, and everything went as expected.

The positive comment [from the Registration Auditor] describing our implementation as “exemplary” is testament to your knowledge and how effective your work was in our system development. We appreciate it very much! We’ll follow up next year to get together as we work to make improvements.

[We have] audited a number of organizations that were guided (prepared and instructed) by WCH Professional Services.  These audits involved a variety of standards including AS9100D, ISO 13485:2015, and ISO 14001:2015.

Based on our experience and observations, WCH’s understanding, interpretation and application of the requirements of the standards is comprehensive and accurate.

Considering WCH’s demonstrated proficiency with these standards, [our organization] has no reservations accepting WCH’s qualifications as a consultant/instructor/internal auditor.

WCH was very flexible with us.  We met weekly in the beginning of the project to craft policies that would enable us to comply with the standard.  From there we met with gradually less frequency as we became more self-sufficient and were able to do more on our own.

Per our conversation regarding utilizing a consultant to assist with helping prepare your global locations for an EHS management system, I am recommending Sally Wilk from WCH Professional Services.  Sally and her team have assisted many of my clients over the years with management system implementation and training.

[Our company] has certifications in both IATF 16949 QMS and ISO 14001 EMS. [Our company] is a Tier I supplier for [Confidential] and other automotive companies. I have been responsible for [our company’s] ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 systems for years. I have been through management system implementations, transitions (e.g. TS16949 to IATF16949), and reassessments so I am knowledgeable with the degree of difficulty in achieving certification. We have used WCH Professional Services successfully since 2012 for the following activities:

1.    System Implementation - consulting leading to certification
2.    ISO 14001 Internal Auditing – all elements
3.    IATF 16949 Internal Auditing – all elements
4.    Training in multiple subjects
5.    Consulting for management systems improvement – WCH provides benefits post-certification

In my opinion, WCH’s business platform and skill sets are effectively aligned to support preparation for IATF 16949 implementation. Based on my experience with WCH they can;

1.    Perform a Gap Analysis of your current system against IATF requirements
2.    Create or at least review the required procedures including the Quality Manual prior to the Stage 1 audit
3.    Perform all of the required IATF internal audits prior to the Stage 2 audit
4.    Provide employee awareness and other training
5.    Review competence requirements
6.    Review customer specific requirements
7.    Review quality policies, objectives/metrics and customer scorecards
8.    Provide evaluation of the Management Review process
9.    Review items such as SPC, PPAP, MSA, FEMA, Control Plans that are key parts of process control in automotive
10.    Evaluate your organization’s status on required elements such as operation control, contingency planning, customer satisfaction, risk and opportunity management, continuous improvement, gauging, nonconformity and corrective action, operational control, and vendor management

I have worked directly with Sally Wilk, WCH owner, since 2012. I have worked directly with WCH consultants Wanda and Mary for several years. All three are exceptional with regards to the [following] four bullet points:

•    Quality of service/product delivery – I do not think you will find a better product. The WCH Team knows their business and know standards and compliance obligations. WCH knows how a system should be set up to comply with standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949. They can develop the documentation to support these management systems. And in my opinion, they are Best in Class in records compilation which is key to passing audits. All of these standards go by the old adage; “say what you do and do what you say”. WCH can help you with that.

•    Timeliness and reliability – WCH consistently develops executable schedules and has delivered 100% on timelines for [our company] since 2012. One of the biggest benefits we get from WCH is the reliability of their internal audits. If you go with WCH for IATF implementation, I suggest you have WCH perform all of the IATF internal audits. Sally, Wanda, and Mary provide superior auditing and can detect non-conformances across the whole IATF spectrum. Most beneficial are the insightful Opportunities for Improvements (OFI’s) that they write that help improve your processes without taxing your corrective action process. The WCH audit process is friendly and helpful and WCH meets IATF auditor qualification requirements. WCH does an outstanding job with their audit reports providing Strengths and Weaknesses, detailed findings, scheduling, and audit planning.

•    Communication and responsiveness – WCH responds quickly to emails and phone calls. WCH sets up video conferences at the client’s convenience. WCH can perform audits remotely and on site. I have gone through numerous proposal processes with WCH. They always are quick to respond to questions, concerns, challenges, etc. Sally does not mind revamping proposals to get a better product. Importantly, they are able to accurately forecast the amount of time required for their proposals. WCH always meets the deliverables listed in their proposals.

•    Overall professionalism - Sally Wilk is an engineering professional which helps with IATF, and in my opinion, Sally is also one of the most insightful, innovative, reliable, well organized, and intelligent persons I have ever met. Sally only hires the best. I have worked with Wanda and Mary for years and both are similar to Sally across the board with regards to capabilities. Both Wanda and Mary have science/engineering backgrounds and perform IATF and other systems audits which definitely helps with implementations.

I have no doubts about the qualifications and capabilities of WCH as they have repeatedly proven their worth to me over this past 12 years.
